Background

Built on more than screens.

Before I closed digital gaps, I closed real ones.

My path here didn't start online. It started in retail, moved through luxury hospitality — where standards aren't negotiable — and into managing a cement blocks and bricks manufacturing plant. I've helped run a family farm and agriculture operations, sold and serviced electronics and technology, and started up and sold several small businesses of my own: a tyre shop, a takeaway, a general dealer, and an internet café.

Every one of those demanded the same thing digital work does — find what's broken, fix it, and make it pay. That's what Wave&Co does now. Just with better tools.

That range is not a detour from the work I do now. It is the reason I see it differently. I know what it means to build something that has to hold, grow something that cannot be rushed, understand what a customer actually needs, and deliver service where every detail is felt.

These are industries most digital consultants have never set foot in. They taught me that a polished idea means very little if it cannot survive contact with the real world.

I bring that standard to every system I shape, every gap I close, and every decision I make.

Approach

Judgment before tools.

I work hands-on. I look beyond the obvious brief, understand how the moving parts affect one another, and do the work that advanced digital solutions and automation cannot do for themselves.

No theory for theory's sake. No shortcuts dressed up as strategy. Just clear thinking, practical execution, and standards that hold when the work leaves the screen.
